Our organization was founded by Arnav Ghosh, a high school senior and aspiring cardiologist, with the aim of providing support to individuals who face challenges integrating into society due to various circumstances.

At the age of 16, Arnav Ghosh experienced sudden sensorineural hearing loss, resulting in unilateral deafness. He is a cochlear implant user. Through his personal journey, he gained firsthand knowledge of the difficulties associated with reintegrating into society after experiencing such life-altering events. The profound sense of loneliness that accompanies these circumstances further reinforced his belief that as a society, we can make significant improvements in integrating individuals with differences.

Arnav Ghosh's vision is rooted in the understanding that irrespective of one's circumstances, we have the potential to foster a more inclusive society.
